Pins and tasks: the heart of MyMarkups
Drop pins that stay attached to plan coordinates. Turn them into tasks the whole team can work off.

Drop an MP4 at this path, or a poster.jpg in the same folder. Alternatively edit this tutorial's frontmatter and set videoProvider: "mux" (or "youtube") + videoId. Recommended: 1280x720 MP4, H.264, under 20MB.

Pins are anchors. Everything else - tasks, photos, files, barcodes, contacts - hangs off a pin.
Dropping a pin
- 1 Open a plan and long-press where work happens.
- 2 Give the pin a short title. Pick a colour and type so the plan stays readable.
- 3 Add a note with the 'what' and 'why'.
Turning it into a task
- 1 Open the pin sheet and tap Tasks.
- 2 Add a task with a priority, due date, and owner.
- 3 Attach photos or files straight from the pin - they stay linked.
