Export behaviour

Exactly what the per-item export picker does, and what it deliberately excludes.

The export picker is the single surface for turning a project into a shareable file.

Output formats

• Handover PDF - flattened report with a cover page, plan pages with selected pins/layers, and attached photo/file index.
• Project bundle - a .mmbundle zip that can be imported into another device. Lossless.

Default inclusions

By default the picker opens with all sections collapsed. Photos, pins, tasks and files are included if you tick them.

Default exclusions

• Contacts are always excluded by default. You must tick them on for each share.
• Archived projects are excluded from quick-export on the home screen.
• Any item marked “internal-only” in metadata is skipped.

Layer export

Layers are selected per drawing, so a plan with multiple layers can be exported with just the layers each recipient needs to see.
